Agreement for Placing Orders with Sacred Stones

By placing an order with Sacred Stones, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You have the authority to place the order and have the cremated remains crafted into stone.
2. You understand that the color of the stones will vary due to multiple factors and may not match those shown in pictures, on the website, or in promotional materials.
3. You give Sacred Stones permission to process the ashes into stone, understanding that the process involves rinsing the remains and mixing them with binding agents.
4. You understand that some of the remains will be lost during the process.
5. You grant permission for Sacred Stones to dispose of all by-products of the process in any legal manner, even if the by-products are co-mingled.
6. You agree that Sacred Stones' duties are only to you and not to any other family member or person.
7. You understand that the stones created by Sacred Stones are not as hard as natural rock and may be more susceptible to chipping or breaking.
8. If you believe Sacred Stones has breached its duties, your sole recourse is to seek the return of any payments made. You cannot seek non-economic, compensatory, or punitive damages.
9. In the event of a dispute with Sacred Stones or any of its agents or employees, the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for adjudication lies with the courts of Rockingham County, North Carolina.
