When your order is placed on our website:
*Shipping of cremated remains must be completed using USPS Priority Express to insure appropriate handling. USPS Publication 139, How to Package and Ship Cremated Remains- Make your selection and order online. Give us a call to discuss details if needed.
- We provide instructions and materials for you to ship your dearly departed’s ashes to to our P.O. Box.

We receive your loved one’s ashes in our facility:
- Our team will reach out to confirm we have received your loved one’s package and double check your order details.
- Every individual in our care is handled with respect and honor.
- The ashes are rinsed to remove some of the salts, and then they are molded into the shape of real stones by our artisans.
- Engraving (if requested) and coating with a natural, clear, coating comes next before the stones are carefully packaged for delivery to your house.
- Our process takes 4-5 weeks from the time we receive your loved one’s ashes.

Your loved one’s completed stones are shipped directly to your home:
- We provide tracking information so you know exactly when your loved one’s order is expected to arrive.
- They will arrive to your house safely packaged in a wooden box and each one individually wrapped.
- We are here to help if you have any questions during this process - we understand and value the trust our clients have in us to care for their dearly departed loved ones.
